Can an Appliance Repair contractor repair an upright freezer door that has a gap at the top left hand side of the d

We bought a used upright freezer and we had to take the door off to fit the freezer in our vehicle. We got the freezer home, re-attached the door and we noticed the door now does not close as it should all around. We do not know if the door did not fit when we looked at the freezer or something happened in transport or the taking off of the door.

Yes, they can adjust the door. Likely happened when reinstalledould be at the hinges,or they door may have 'warped " a little.

You could try to do it yourself. If at the hinges, loosen the screws and try to get the door in place ,then tighten the screwws. If it warped, you loosen the screwws behind the door gasket ,all the way around the door, the close the door and get it to seal, open carefully , tighten a few screws at each corner and check the seal, if okay tighten the ret of the screws.

Thanks to BayAreaAC, I will try loosing the screws the behind the door gasket and try and get a better fit. I may have unintentionally threw the fit off when I loosened a few screws behind the door gasket to get the gasket to fit better where it had pulled out. Thanks Again
