For free removal, you would need a beekeeper who wants the honeycomb and maybe the queen - but without a substantial nest unlikely to be anyone interested.

Otherwise, go with a Pest Control and Exterminating company (who will kill them).

COmmonly your bigger issue - taking enough siding and insulation out to get ALL the honey and comb and dead bees, otherwise you will shortly thereafter get an ant and possibly other insect infestation going after the remains. Plus odors as the honey and comb and dead insects rots.
