Can I use a cup of vinegar in a bucket of water to clean a wooden floor?

No. You should never use water to clean any wood. Use a cleaner made for hardwood floors. Use the type that you spray onto a terri clothe mop and then mop the floor with that. This will keep the moisture you add to the wood to a minimum.
