Can I link my reviews to a notification that will allow me to post them on Facebook or Twitter?

I have just been assigned to manage our social media component here at Kinetico Advanced Water Systems, Inc, and I'm looking for ways to streamline our presence, as this is only one of my many duties. What I'd like to do is see our reviews as they come in and then decide whether or not to share them on our other social media platforms (obviously with an 'Angie's List' tag or logo). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
