Can I get a refund or exchange a deal for a new one?

I bought a deal a while back for window cleaning, but had problems with the provider and cancelled the services. At the time I contacted Angie's list and was told that if I find another deal I could exchange it. I found a deal and would like to exchange it. How do I go about doing that a please?
