CLR can take care of that problem for you. Let it soak for 10 minutes or less depending on how bad the water marks are. After that you can rinse it out and use the stainless cleaner on it to polish it off. Best to use paper towels to wipe it down or polish or polish it
Evergreen Stainless Steel cleaner is very good.
Good luck!

Very simple and easy, first wipe it with CLR to clear off water spots, dry it with paper towel, then apply a small amount of baby oil on a dry rag, rub against the grain with the oil rag, then with the grain, buff out any excess oil, good to go. Then when you need to do it again just rub dry rag with remaining oil on frig to replenish.
