Question DetailsAsked on 3/3/2016

Can one call-in for assistance in locating local service providers instead of using your site?

I'm considering on subscribing for your service for my dad. He's in his mid-70's and not super computer/Internet savvy to say the least. I'll try to teach him the basics on using your site but, the first time he gets stuck, lost, or frustrated, he may just not use it ever again. However, if you also allow call-in search requests in lieu of using your web site, that would be ideal. If not, you may want to consider this as an offering for people like my dad. I'm sure I'm not alone on this. In any case, thank you kindly.

This is Robin K. in Member Care. I'm happy to help!

Our Basic membership includes only online support. If your father decides to go with this option, he can email us and we would be happy to send over some providers.

However, our Plus and Premium memberships both include call center support. Meaning we would be happy to help your father find providers over the phone. Just give us a call at (888) 944-5478.
