Depends on the thickness of your cornea, the remaining prescription, corneal condition - and age. Most of my patients thinking of having a touch up procedure are in their early 40s now and they enjoy being a little nearsighted. If it was corrected - they'd need to put on reading glasses for all vision within arms' reach - and not always the trade off they expected.
