Cancel services from Tile company

I purchased $499 tile placement. Company had missed my appointment(never showed), upon rescheduling they came 2 hrs late and didn't call me until 1 1/2 past scheduled time, interaction has been between multiple people. I don't want someone like that to do any work for me, if there inconsistent in time I can't imagine what the work will turn out to be. Please advise or do I have to just call credit card company and file dispute?
