Here are a couple of prior similar questions with answers which might help -

Basically, not much you can do yourself if the well has problems - will normally need the water tested for chemistry to see what is going on, unless you Well and Pump guy recognizes it from similar problems in the area - and commonly takes an acid or perchlorate treatment to cure chemical problems, sometimes jetting or brushing to remove builtup mineral algae then dosing with treatment chemicals, deepening or other radical solution if going dry, or rarely condemnation if getting contamination from sewage or industrial/agricultural chemical infiltration.
