Question DetailsAsked on 3/14/2016

Cost for Lifting house, digging out, pouring basement walls and floor. See our project below.

We are lifting an 1875 house, excavating it (removing the debris of the old floor, and brick walls) that is 66' X 24'. We are then pouring new standard 9' walls and pouring a new concrete floor. We will need new footers poured. We will need the outside water proofed. We will need sump pits and drainage for water removal. We are also adding a walk-out on the side of the house. it will be 12' long and have steps going down to the basement door. We will have one basement window egress because of a bedroom we are putting in the basement. I think this pretty much covers it. What should this cost?
