I would expect on the order of $30-50/LF for simple kit materials built railing, possibly as low as $20-30/LF for single-rail (top rail only) railing - more on the order of $50-80/LF for high-strength railing (heliarc welded) able to handle some pressure from vehicular snow plowing (but not direct hits).

Of course, galvanized pipe will be probably 1/3 or so cheaper, though after some years (maybe a decade or so, far faster if drive/walk is salted) will then need periodic painting.

Concrete contractors do this type of work if being bolted into existing concrete paving - otherwise commonly Fencing companies.

If being used for or anticipating use by disabled/mobility limited persons, be sure it is ADA (Americans with Disability Act) guidelines, which will for instance mean a certain height mid-rail and if not at ground level all along a toekick guard, as well as other specific requirements.

Be sure in laying it out that this is not going to block your car doors - some people put a railing along their drive with just maybe a foot or so wide gravel path then find they cannot reasonablyi get in and out of car or are constantly banging the car door - such a drive-side path should be no less than 36" wide with railing on the outside.
