Generally, a roofed porch (with permanent house-type roof, not free-standing patio type roof) runs in the $40-70/SF range though sometimes as low as $35-40/SF in low cost areas or with lower-budget materials, depending on roof height and design, whether you put a ceiling on the underside of the roof, required design snow load, height off ground (you are at a height where that is not a significant cost addition factor), materials used for the posts and decking, local building costs, etc. Making that elevated porch concrete is generally going to add from $0-10/SF more, compared to wood or synthetic (plastic like Trex) decking.
