I am also installing a new Bryant furnace and central air conditioner. Your prices look

awfully high, but I am just a homeowner, not that well versed on this subject. However, I have researched and compared models of different brands and Bryant seems to be the best choice. My home is a tri-level and lists sqft as 2241, which probably includes the attached garage. My A/C quoted price is only $3,260 - model #113ANA030 and is apparently much smaller. I was not given a seer number.

Neither one has been installed yet, so I can't give you a report on that.

At "Bryant/ProductComparison" online I found a very helpful chart comparison of the various models of gas furnaces, and what you get in energy efficiency and features on each. I would send you the link, but I have a Mac computer and my daughter says that my links do not translate to her Windows format. The chart gives you "good, better, and best" models, but you won't find prices anywhere outside of a contractor. I don't know if this is of

any help at all, but I wish you the best in your choices!
