Cost of installing 220/110v receptacle for washer/dryer in small utility room.

Line is already hooked into panel with about 25' of line to run to utility room. The line would have to be fished through ceiling.

Depending on accessibility, and NOT including any plaster/drywall repair/painting after getting access to run the lines, almost certainly over $250 (for ceiling which is not exposed joists) and commonly closer to $400-500.

Note you said 220/110V receptacles - realize you need one of each, assuming electric dryer - washer and dryer cannot run off one 220/240V circuit. Gas dryer and washer can commonly run off same 110/120V outlet, assuming normal washer - not internal steam type, though those are commonly 220/240V also.
