Cost to open wall up for slider and install slider and set of stairs, roughly 5 steps.

2 Windows right now, remove them reframe header and install 6 ft slider with set of stairs to ground

Assuming you mean a 6' wide sliding glass door (one side fixed, one sliding) and simple wood steps 3 feet wide, here are links to some previous similar questions with answers - I would add about $300-600 range for the steps IF the total distance from doorsill to ground is not 3 feet - if over 3 feet then lets say $600-800 instead. If much wider or concrete or brick or such, then more likely $1000 and up for the steps, in addition to the door cost.
