Cost to pressure wash a terra cotta roof for a 2500 sq ft. hone?

I pressure washed my neighbors 2500 sq. ft. run down home, only the terracotta roof was pressure washed. He provided all materials. What should I charge for my labor?

You should have agreed on a labor cost up front - are you sure he did not think you werre doing this to be neighborly because he could not or was afraid to get up on roof ? Could be an embarrassing situation if so and you ask for payment.

Typical roof pressure washing cost is about 7-15¢/SF, so you would have to figure roof square footage (assuming you meant home is 2500SF, not the roof) - maybe about 1500-1650SF of roof if typical two-story, or about 3000-3300SF maybe if single-story and 2500SF floor plan. About half of that is equipment and materials and fuel, half labor - so fair labor charge might be about $55-125 if a two-story house, or about $100-250 if single-story (so roof is twice as big).

Other way to look at it would be fair hourly rate - common laborers and pressure washing crew members go for about $15-30/hr except in highest labor cost areas, handymen commonly bill out at about $30-50/hour for one-man outfits, so you could figure how long you spent and charge something in probably the $20-30/hour range say.
