Spot sealing of leaks - probably about $100-150 minimum charge. For all-over sealing, depends a lot on the product - cheapest aluminum sealer just 4-7 mils thick from Home Depot by a Handyman probably around $0.25-0.40/SF, more like $0.40-0.80/SF for a thin again, 4-10 mil) spray-on coating, on up to $1-2/SF typcially for heavy coatings (up to 40 mil typically).

I would also talk to some vendors on whether sealing is the thing for you - while it can work if you have minor seam leaks, it is NOT a permanent reroofing medium - for that you typically (assuming existing roof is not raised or lock-seam metal or will be removed) want a membrane roofing reroof job, though of course that is more into the $5/SF range plus or minus a couple, depending on job size, prep work needed, and the quality and thickness of membrane used.
