If a coupon from a contractor states "10% off", are there any other terms and conditions associated or is 10% taken off the overall bill when the final bill is presented?

Hi, this is Meranda with Angie's List. I would definitely check with the contractor upfront to be sure. From your description, it sounds like it means 10% off the bill (though often times these are before taxes/fees), but it would depend on the specific wording, so you're best to check in first to make sure you get the savings you're entitled to. Thanks!
