hi im jared I specialize in cultured marble and granite and am self employed in the business. this is actually a common issue and ive delt with many of them, 100% the pan must be replaced, as far as the panels, in many cases the leak went undetected for a while, while the shower leaks from the cracked floor moisture could develop behind the panels causing them to bow of the wall. you can check this by gently pushing on each panel. in many cases the panels have curled up so much that it cannot be re used, further more the question is if its worth taking the risk of attempting to reuse them. one of the first steps to making this repair is to remove the panels any way. in some cases ive been able to use the same panels. other things to consider is the fact that cultured marble yellows in color as it ages, replacing the pan with a new one of the same color is going to more than likely be much lighter in color which may be a problem in appearance to some. my professional opinion is to just replace the shower, honestly youre not saving hardly any money by trying to salvage any of it. in fact its more time consuming in most cases reusing old panels there is a lot of prep work before it can be correctly installed. in my opinion, now I haven't seen your shower, but I would be more concerned on the fact of it not leaking again.
