Question DetailsAsked on 2/26/2020

DRIP SOUND AFTER RUNNING BATH FAUCET ON 2ND FLOOR HAPPENS WITH COLD OR HOT, NO VISIBLE SIGN OF LEAK ANYWHERE.

The sound comes from the wall/ceiling areas, always a slow drip sound never changes. But when I tried to show someone my concern it didn't drip that time, usually drips 98 percent of the time for me though ! I'm selling and nervous about this. I'm going to check traps to clean, but doesn't make sense for the noise comes from higher local in wall/ceiling area. and both bathrooms on 2nd floor do this ? If it's a ghost I'm fine with that, just don't want water leaks now. TIA...
