Most do - unless extremely large (full grand piano or very large highboys for instance) or fastened to walls. Be sure to specify remove (and provide reasonable nearby place to put it) and replace afterwards in contract, if so desired. Will add a bit to cost - usually not more than $50-100 for normal amount and weight furniture.

Hint - if moving to a tiled or hardwood floor, try to put an area rug or something to reduce chance of damaging flooring - or have them use a piece of the carpet coming out to be replaced as protection for flooring.
