Do most contractors be able to cut out to put in french doors

I just bought a house. We want to put in french doors but there is no opening for it. Would any contractor be able to do it?

Any contractor can cut an opening, yes. But... is there structural issues? did you get a permit? do you have original builders plans, is there plumbing or electric in that area, does it need a support header, can they do the proper framing for your door?
