Question DetailsAsked on 8/5/2020

Do exterior painters typically clean up paint that got on surfaces it shouldn't have?

Ex: They got paint in a line all around the roof on the shingles [dark blue paint/ light gray shingles]. They also sprayed it on my wood fence, wood deck, and a few 2-3in line on the concrete bordering the home. Should the replacement/ clean up be covered? or am I going to be responsible for replacing the wooden fence, deck, and refinishing the concrete? Also is this normal for a painter to be 'sloppy' and cause a lot of 'damage' to surrounding surfaces?
