Caterers and event planners can arrange this for you, along with your entire event - including portapotties if needed, food, shelter, fans if needed, chairs, tables, etc.

If all you need is the furniture and tents, then there are companies that rent those out - they deliver, set up, then come back to take down after the event is over. Typically under Tents - Rental and also under Party Furnishings in yellow pages.

A word to the wise - plan your tent location so it is not over shallow buried utilities like phone, cable TV, electric, or sprinkler system piping, as they drive the tent guy rope stakes (actually steel rods) in about 2-3 feet.

If you need to locate these you can get free utility locates - 811 in most locales. To locate the sprinkler system turn it on and figure the logical routing - usually perimeter of grass area, with intermediate lines down the long dimension of the lawn if that big. If you have zones turn on one by one, that would show the layout of the pipe for each zone. If you have a regular landscaper or gardener who repairs the system, he might know where the pipes are. Damaging the sprinkler pipes is a lot less serious, and cheaper to repair, than hitting a utility line.
