Do you have to pull a wall oven to check all the sensors?

Had a repair guy come out to look at my sisters wall oven. He didn’t pull the oven to check all the sensors like he said he would and what he wrote on his qoute. Also he didn’t make sure that the oven was heating the day of the repair. Basically I got xxxx off. Said I wasn’t going to pay him for a repair that didn’t work because the tech left me with the impression I still have to pay for it. His boss came out and got it to work. One use later the oven wasn’t working again. Boss says because I told him it was the heating element that now I have to pay them again to fix the oven and then hung up on me. Before that the third guy who came out. He and I pulled the oven and he pulled the front panel to get to the control panel and now says that was the issue all a long. But the best way I can explain it. I think I sprained my wrist. So the doctor doesn’t do an x-ray because he takes my word for it. So basically I’m screwed. Because he didn’t check out the other parts that could go wrong.
