This is James W. in Member Care. I'm happy to help!

While we don't actively monitor messages between our members and service providers on the List, we do have various methods to access those messages. I'm sorry for any concern caused by those messages. I would encourage you to edit your current review on them to include information about this. This information could be valuable to your fellow consumers who are looking to make similar hiring decisions. If you follow these steps, you can edit your reviews:

1.Sign in to your account

2.In the top, right corner of the page, you will see a tab labeled "Account." Hover your mouse over this to create a drop-down menu.

3.Select "My Reviews" from the drop-down menu.

4.You will be redirected to your reviews. Here you can "View" or "Update" reviews that you've posted, as well as submit a new review.

If you prefer, you can write back with these changes, and we can edit your review for you. Additionally, we can delete the original review entirely, and you can resubmit a new one. I am enclosing a blank review form below. Whether you prefer to edit or resubmit, the form should come in handy. You can respond to this thread or submit a new Answers post. You can also reach us at We're happy to help!
