A regular taxi driver will come in to the office to help you walk out and get in the car if made clear to the dispatcher at call time, and will help you walk in the house. (I presume you say you need help due to old age or anticipated drugged-out state. My daughters both needed nothing more than a helping supporting arm after their wisdom tooth extractions - they do not drug you to insensibility for hours afterward, though you certainly could not drive safely.

If you think you need more than that, then you need a medical transport shuttle service that can provide a wheelchair also - ask your dentist or primary care provider's office or your local hospital patient services office for recommendations, or if you have elderly or mobility challenged friends ask who they use.
