Does my current plan have Complaint Resolution?

I can't tell how my current plan compares to any of the new plans because it is not listed in the email. Do I have Complaint Resolution now? And, why would I want to pay more just to retain that? The information on your website does not allow me to make a comparison to the new options; a lot of the information is missing on my membership page so I can't make a good comparison. And, there is no explanation of the Deal Rebate. How does that work? Is it just a discount off the membership price...or does it have another meaning?
