Does anyone have information regarding Classic Steering Supply?

Classic Steering Supply is located at 31949 Corydon St. STE 110, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530. I am getting the run around regarding a steering box that I 3-4 weeks ago. I can't get in touch when I call or email the numbers on the website. The dial tone is a fast busy and emails are never answered. Every time Joe calls me it is from his cell phone and he is never at the "office". He always says the part is on it's way, but he won't give me a tracking number. The odd thing is that he has not charged my credit card. I can't figure this out. Need help if there is anyone out there with info about this company.

He is a scammer. He has ripped off many people. You can look up Classic Steering Supply and the companies previous name Advance Steering Supply and find many complaints. We are now at 6 months with no refund and no parts. Just be glad you used a credit card. He constantly deletes complaints on the compaines Facebook page.

This company has been scamming people for years under various business names. The Business Consumer Alliance recently published a scam warning about them. You can read all about it here: http://www.businessconsumeralliance.org/blog/2014/10/scam-watch-why-you-may-wan

If you see the charge on your credit card, you should dispute it right away. It may not amount to much since this seems to be a pattern with this company, but you should file a complaint with the BCA. Even if he doesn't respond to it, at least other people can read about your experience.

Definately a scammer. We gave him a check $585.00 10/8/2011 (he said his credit card ma hine was not working). He cashed our check and never sent the power steering kit. The few times I was able to get him on the phone he said it was being shipped. I tried every way I could to get help with this. I can't believe he can get away with it. Any ideas? Linda 601-520-8916
