Dripping noise inside wall after using faucet, is that a leak??

I heard dripping noise inside the wall right after using bathroom faucet. The bathroom is located at 2F. The dripping noise will fast dripping right after using faucet, then the drip will get slower and slower, the whole process last about 2-3 mins maybe. And I'm pretty sure it's dripping noise, not ticking noise. I did some tests myself and I'm sure the dripping noise came from the drain pipe, and it has nothing to do with the water temperature, it "drips" during both hot or cold water. But there is no visible water leaks. Is there a leak in the drain pipe inside the wall??
