Question DetailsAsked on 3/16/2016

Dryers DKI, rather accepting $99.00for the Persian rug gave $200 discount would be applied. Is this "bait&switch"?

I realize the process for cleaning a Persian rug is labor intensive but the forthcoming estimate to which I may or may not be agreeable to, makes me wonder why this $99.99 was accepted initially. The rug was stated to be "Persian".

If the Deal said it was good for any single carpet cleaning, for instance, then it should be honored. Read the fine print about possibly excluding handwoven, exotic and persian carpets and such. If no fine print excluding them, then sounds like a coupon/Deal phrasing error on their part (so their problem) or bait and switch - are there any reviews on them talkings about bait and switch ?

This might be a case where Angies List guarantee comes into effect too, if a Plus or Premium member.

Also, if they initially accepted it knowing it was a Persian - they should abide by that even if the employee made a mistake in doing so.
