Most of the electrical is exactly the same as a normal house - it is the wall and framing materials that are different. So, for most issues you could use a regular electrician - if you are looking for more of a specialist (who is likely to be much LESS qualified as an electrician and more likely a general RV/trailer handyman type), then an RV and mobile home repair center would be your choice.
