Estimate for replace air ducts and Evap coil and Options. Please advise

I recently got my 3.5 ton AC unit checked out. The house was built in 1982. The AC unit is a lennox, 14 years old now. I was told that the unit has a leak inside and the air ducts are in bad shape. Looks like they have been patched up a lot but have been there for a long time. Lot of old patches, crumpled up and some leaks

I was shown the pressure flow numbers which were half of what they were supposed to be. I myself felt some months before that the cooling system wasnt that great, took a long while and the air flow seemed to be slow.

The house size is 2014 sq. ft. I was told, there is only 1 return flow and it had 14 vents. I was given 3 options.

Do a patch job for 80$, refill and dont do anything to the ducts
Fix the Evap coil for $2600 or a new system for 6600
Replace the air ducts completely and install additional returns -4300$

Would be offered 5-10% discount on the total with warranty for 10 years. I have asked for 2-3 quotes from others and awaiting a call
