The pilot light is working but the burners will not light this is a Myson 325 Thermostatic.

I coul dnot find a readable Myson 325 manual online - you might research that to find the troubleshooting guide, if they have one.

Common causes of failure to light (some of these may not apply because as I recall the Myson has no electricity, so is simpler):

1) probably most common by far, thermocouple or thermopile has worn out

2) control knob not fully turned to ON

3) thermostat mis-set so it does not think it is supposed to turn on

4) a safety cutout like an overtemp or flame rollout sensor has triggered

5) gas control valve failed

6) cleaning cycle has not been followed so it has shut itself down until cleaned and cleaning timer/sensor is reset (may not apply to that model)
