Getting a "Bad Request" message when I try to register -- help!

I'm trying to sign up, but, when I get to the screen on which I enter my name and address, when I click the Continue button, I get a message that says, "Bad Request! We're sorry, an error occurred when processing your request. Please refresh and try again." I've refreshed and tried again multiple times, to no avail. I can't call customer service, either, because you need to be registered to be able to speak to them, so I'm caught in an annoying catch-22!
