HELP. My fixed 2 year old calico cat has destroyed 2 sets of my bed mattress. I'm at my wit's end.

Cat destroyed 2 sets of my matresses. Tried nail tips only to watch her bite and pull one off at a time right in front of me. I have tried, double sided sticky tape, a spry bottle to placing a $200.00 scratch post next to my bed where she scratches.
I trim her nails once every other week as well. She is leaving me no choice but to declaw her at this point. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions because I really don't want to have to declaw her if there's something out there that I can do to get her to stop this terrible behavior. she has completely destroyed one box spring entirely underneath laying on her back and scratching with all four paws. The sound just makes me shudder to looking me right in the eye and scratching the outside box spring right in front of me as I'm yelling at her no no. I have used deterrent sprays and have place multiple scratch post around my apartment for her to scratch on. I have sprinkle catnip on every scratch post to entice where to scratch.
