Depends a terrible amount where you live - can be as low as $35-50 in small towns and suburbs, to $200 in ripoff artist country like the biggest cities. You should be able to get it for not more than $75 in most areas.

Get yourself a spare key and a key saver container (or just use a plastic watertight screw-cap pill bottle) and bury it a few inches deep somewhere in a dry area along the edge of the house, or at the bottom of a pile of planter pots, in a corner of the greenhouse, under a paver (NOT one right near the door), etc - somewhere where it is too much trouble and time-consuming to find. NOT near the door, and not right under a rock where lifting the rock exposes it - somewhere where you will remember where it is and can easily dig it up with the heel of your shoe, but with nothing to indicate where it is.
