Question DetailsAsked on 2/17/2016

Has anyone delt with qualified home solutions?

My husband and I got in touch with them this morning. We are looking at buying a house. They told us we got approved for a fha loan but that we had to do a standard fha morgage readiness program which would cost us $250 a month for 6 months. They told us we would be able to start placing bids on homes in 90 to 120 days. I am very worried we are wasting our time and money.

Yes I just dealt with them, I am frustrated and annoyed with their lack of communication and customer service. After 6 months I am no where near where I need to be with my credit, they continually have ignored my emails and phone calls regarding my concerns of follow up or a summary of the work they claim they provided. I have absolutely gotten nothing but dead air from these folks. Not only did they take my money they did indeed waste valuable time and I am back at square one. I have tried in vain to get the CEO of this company to address my concerns or give me a full refund, so far nothing. Personally all I have gotten from them is a waste of my time and resources and total silence regarding my concerns. I wish you well and hope they come through with their promises for you, but it did not work out on my end at all.

Yes! I went through their program and I loved it! They actually have a high sucess rate of getting clients into a home. I was skeptical too and I even asked them about the clients who weren't happy. Basically a handful people who couldn't keep up their end of the bargain. It's a pretty simple program. I am just working on getting my credit card balances down and then I can get over to a loan officer. They were able to delete everything but a $47 collection account off my report. It has been well worth the money.
