Has anyone else experienced overbilling by roto rooter

Called roto rooter for sewer backup. Was in a bind and agreed to price. To find out later I could've had my whole house repiped for same! Have had a hard time getting a detailed bill from them.

YES!! Received a bill for $270 for a plumber to come in maybe 15min to 'SMELL' around the place for suspected sewer smell. A second nose was called in for same time. No tools used. Just noses. Apparently that took 2.5 hours to do when it was maybe 20-30min total of both plumbers in the home. The rest of the time the plumber sat in his van.
