Question DetailsAsked on 1/9/2012

Have used Service Master in the past with bad luck. Their contracted workers were unskilled, even if corrected not worth it. How do u diffe

Although the contractor was ethical and stood behind his work he was unable to get skilled labor which required re-dos. This cost me extra time and headaches to say the least. How do you differ in this approach to a better review of the WORK of the recommended contractors?

I have property in 2 different states and would like to know if there is a separate cost for 2 accounts if I choose to use your service.

Angie's List is different than Service Magic and other free review sites. We don't allow contractors to pay for leads or to be listed with us. They cannot pay to remove negative reviews or to rearrange their reviews. Angie's List displays all reviews we receive on a company--positive or negative--and our reviews come from verified members. No anonymous reviews allowed! We ask our members for specific feedback on service providers they've used--everything from price, quality, professionalism, punctuality and details about the work they've received.

There is a separate cost for adding a second city to your membership, but it's at a discounted rate.
