Have paid for a electrical job and they have cancelled on me 3 times and I want my money back.

Originally they had bad scheduling and stated they would need to reschedule because current job was running late. Stated they would contact me to reschedule next day. They never contacted me, so I submitted a message. They replied and scheduled second appointment. Second appointment it was raining in the city but not in my area of where I live. They called and said running late but with rain they would probably cancel. They cancelled and never called, for it was not raining at my house. Never contacted me to reschedule. I once again contacted the company and scheduled it for a 3rd time. Rain was falling in the morning on appointment day, weather rain predictions all day. I submitted a message to them to see if they wanted to schedule for another day. Never replied to message. They never called or kept the appointment. I once again have submitted another message and no response. I want my $99 back from the company. How do I do this?

Assuming this was on an Angies List coupon or Deal, the AL will do the refund -

Sat: 8:30am – 3:00pm ET

If you arranged this direct with the contractor, then contact them (I would use eMail and phone both) saying you are cancelling their servicedue to non-responsiveness and want a refund immediately.
