Hello, I would like to know if I can hire and pay for a contractor as a gift to my daughter?

Of course you can. However if you are thinking of a big renovation project (more than a few thousand dollars) the contractor will likely want the property owner to sign the contract and acknowledge lien laws as may be required required by local authorities. Best wishes!
