Hopefully you have done this before - in which case you should have an idea of how long and how much materials it will take, including travel times to go find and buy/order materials, and to then go pick them up unless the bride is providing them on-site to you (unlikely, and hopefully not - they should be in-hand well in advance), especially as some of the decorations may need or be amenable to some pre-fabrication or assembly to reduce the on-site layout time.
Figure your time at a reasonable labor rate (and don't forget to allow for necessary taxes on the income), materials, mileage, miscellaneous supplies like table paper, tape, etc - and don't forget cleanup and disposal alsoif applicable - then put it all together in a list - which will also be your checklist for materials and items to lay out.
