I would encourage you to check The American Society of Home Inspectors® web-site. www.ashi.org and locate your inspector by zip code, city or other options. Also check out the "Standards of Practice". Good source of what a home inspection involves. I believe the state of Florida has rules/laws governing home inspectors and home inspections requirements.
