What about it?! ... I'd say YES, Always, ...& one of the MOST important things you can ever, ever, ever purchase (when buying a house!)

A MUST! will make or break the purchase, trust me.


A non-bias 3rd. Party who will provide a thorough detailed report (usually with pictures) to inform you about what EXACTLY is, & is not wrong, with a given property is ABSOLUTELY VITAL! It's the best money you'll ever spend, & will be glad you did when you discover stuff isn't grounded properly, or the foundation isn't level, etc.) !


(stuff on there might surprise you for the good, or stuff on there will shock you because it's super critical but you'd never have known)
