Honest HVAC service in San Diego? One that will find the leak in my coolant and fix it.As of 4/2015 no cooling

I had a new Carrier Slimline unit installed 4/2013 The techs left trash in my yard and when winter rolled around and my heat didn't work I discoverd they never reassembled my furnace and found all the trash they left behind in my attic. Called them up they cane out for the furnace and clean up. 4/2014 No air, so angry called another company and they said caps were left off the service valves and charged me $650.00 for 8#s of coolant. 3/2015 called the original company and they tech comes out who installed the unit. Walking in my door oh I remember this house it was my first day on the job. I said well that explains a lot. He then says the service valve is damaged and all of the coolant has leaked out. They wanted to charged me for the repair I spent $4200 for this system and another $650 to boot.
They covered the valve replacement and recharged the system but said they won't guarantee it. I'm in San Diego

Sounds like you need to talk to the OWNER of the company about compensation for the $650 and service valve replacement and coolant replacement AND warranty.

If that fails, even though it is way after the normal time to complain about this, contact with a WRITTEN complaint to Carrier (assuming this is an authorized distributor/installer) and if that fails dropping a subtle hint about an appropriate Angies List comment might go a long ways.
