Are you sure you mean a 30 inch diameter column (normal way to measure it) - or did you measure the circumference, so it is actually a 9-10 inch diameter column ?

For a 30" diameter column you are talking probably well over $2000 dollars for a fabricated fake column, with wood veneer wrap on the outside - probably closer to $3-10,000 for a plastic or solid wood or concrete one, and I can only take a stab in the dark based on restoration on a government building long ago, but probably $20-50,000 plus in stone depending on shape desired.

If you meant 30" circumference, then probably more like $500-1000 range for plastic/foam, $1000-2000 for wood, maybe in the $5-20,000 range for stone, and maybe halfway between those two for concrete IF a standard shape or round.

Note these are REALLY rough ranges - depends an awful lot on what shape you want it, materials it is made of, finish, foundation work needed, and of course shipping and erection costs. And do NOT include installation, which might be $500-1000 more depending on how much load needs to be supported to replace it (if a replacement), or at least several to maybe $5000 if stone for foundation and installation.

I would try googling for a phrase like this - images of architectural columns - to find the you want, or - architectural columns - for companies that make them to get a quote on a standard or send them dimensions and photo for a ballpark custom design one. If natural taper wood, then a local unfinished pole supplier. If stone, contact local stone monument distributor about getting costs from suppliers for the type of stone and shape you want.
