How can I determine the status of one of my reviews?

I sent in a review but I do not see it posted. How long does it take for it to be posted. I did not receive any acknowledgment that you received it.

I can confirm that we received two reviews from you on 4/20/2016 for CertaPro Painters and I Can Arrange That respectively. We recently began transitioning our website to a new platform that will be more user-friendly for our members. However, this transition may have caused a brief technical glitch that prevented your reviews from displaying under your account history. This will be fixed and your messages will be able to view your reviews shortly. However, I can confirm we have received them and they are posted to the service providers record.
