contact a few window companies in your area especially the ones that advertise that they replace broken glass

When you say "inside" glass window pane, this implies to me you are talking a double or triple pane window. These are assembled as a unit - so if the seal goes out or a pane cracks, you ahve to replace the entire "glazing unit" - the glass panes with the surrounding metal piece that holds them and is sealed with inert gas. Generally, the surrounding window frame does NOT need to be replaced.

Typically about $125-250 for a normal bedroom size window (about 2x3 or 4 feet), up to $800-1200 for a typical picture window, depending on whether double or triple pane, if any special window surface treatment like Low-e or heat mirror or thermal reflecting or mirrored or such.

You need a Glass Replacement company.
